i forgot to say that i did day 3 of the 30 shred two days ago. im terrible at this, but yesterday i was to busy to do it so today i did day 4. if you havent done it before i recommend it, i can already see a difference in my hips but im also dieting :)

just got done finishing day 2 of the 30 day shred. i didnt do it yesterday because i couldnt move from day 1 so instead i went swimming for 20 minutes!

i did level 1 of the 30 day shred and almost died. its funny how you can get out of shape in just a couple of months, if i still did crew i could have done that easily but it was so hard. im definitely going to be sore tomorrow morning

i decided that im not going to log my food on tumblr anymore because i eat basically the same thing everyday except for dinner, so instead im going to log my workouts because i finally found the time to go to the store and pick up the 30 day shred!! im going to start it tomorrow :)

Today

since it was the 4th of july today i also ate a lot which im really mad about

breakfast: 1 cup of chex rice cereal

lunch: hot dog, macaroni salad, half of a corn

dinner: hamburger (no bun), hot dog (no bun), couple bites of some ribs, and a couple strawberries

dessert: a cupcake :/

Today

so today i ate a lot and i totally regret it now :/

breakfast: 1 cup of honey and oats special k cereal

lunch: leftover salmonĀ 

snack: banana, gluten free chips, and a couple cherries

dinner: half a crab cake with a bunch of green beans

dessert frozen yogurt with a little piece of a brownie

i shouldnt have eaten that ^^ :(

Yesterday

ok so yesterday i had the one direction concert that was outside in 90 degree weather and i was so nervous about it the whole entire day that i only ate breakfast. i had a lot of water during the day. but in the middle of the concert i ran out of water and i didnt want to miss anything to go get some so i didnt and almost passed out. right after the concert me and my friend walked back to her car and sat in it for 30 minutes to cool down then we left to go to mcdonalds but i only got a water. thats all i had that day which wasnt very good.
